Stepped, folded, and layered, this home shapes space through terraced forms that extend and retreat—catching light, creating privacy, and carving out calm within a 341sqm site.
Materials are timeless and considered. White plastered forms ground the architecture with stillness and weight. Above, cedar cladding brings warmth and texture, coloured to reflect the coastal tones of nearby dunes. Inside, oak floors, vaulted ceilings, and full-height glazing meet soft linen curtains and seamless detailing throughout.
